Release tension and embrace the joy of movement as you swing and stretch

Aerial Yoga = Fly Yoga = AntiGravity Yoga

Aerial yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that combines traditional yoga postures with the use of a suspended hammock. It incorporates elements of Vinyasa flow to create a seamless and continuous sequence of poses. The hammock acts as a prop to support, enhance, and deepen the practice, allowing for a blend of grounded and aerial movements. You will experience the sensation of being both supported and challenged as you transition smoothly between poses. This practice not only enhances strength, flexibility, and balance but also introduces a playful and liberating aspects to the traditional yoga routine.

The class is thoughtfully designed to ensure that every chakra, starting from the foundational root chakra up to the ethereal crown chakra, receives attention and care throughout the practice. With the support of the hammock, even beginners can practice inverted poses and thus activate the crown chakra (Sahasrara), which connects you with the Divine and fill you with a state of transcendental bliss, inner peace, and serenity. At the beginning and end of the class, you will meditate and relax in the hammock like a cocoon.

In the beginner classes, we focus on mastering individual basic poses before seamlessly combining them to create beautiful and harmonious flows. Our quirky approach ensures a fun and dynamic learning experience, allowing students to progress steadily on their yoga journey towards physical and mental well-being. The more advanced the group is, the more fluid and mesmerising the flow becomes.
